How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping within Switzerland takes 7 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that custom-made items may require up to three weeks for production. We will reach out to you directly with delivery details once your order is ready.
Is shipping free in Switzerland?
We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 100. For orders below that amount, a flat rate of CHF 8 applies.
Do you ship to other European countries?
We ship across Europe. International shipping is available at a flat rate of €16, with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 working days.
Can I return or exchange items?
During the 2025 Open period, returns and exchanges will not be processed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage thoughtful purchasing.
If a product is found to be defective, an exchange will be arranged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other major payment methods.
How do I care for my products?
Bojagi items can be gently hand-washed and refreshed by ironing with a protective cloth. However, as most pieces are made from delicate, lightweight fabrics, we do not recommend frequent washing to preserve their shape and texture.
